Maintaining and facilitating good relationships with your assigned accounts
Arranging and overseeing regular communications and meetings with customers to ensure all users are happy with our service and are up-to-date with product functionality, roadmaps and important news
Proactive and reactive support
Proactively monitoring trial/live customer sites and offering unprompted support
Answering telephone queries
Responding to email queries
Escalating complex support queries to developers
Setting up and configuring trial sites and informing trial users of their user names and passwords
Setting up and configuring live sites when contracts are received
Regularly monitoring live customer usage to report on suspected breaches of contract
Solving iPad/app queries
Conducting face-to-face training for clients that go live
Conducting training via web demonstration where applicable
Conducting pre-trial training where applicable
Assist in developing our products by testing beta versions and providing feedback
Strong communication skills with customers and colleagues
A good phone manner
Patience with difficult customers
Able to work well in a team
Able to work well independently
Display a good attention to detail
Be able to compose understandable and grammatically correct emails
Ability to give effective training/presentations
A knowledge of Microsoft Office
A knowledge of PDF files
A knowledge of Outlook
Experience of account management
Experience of software support
You will report to the Customer Success Director, Dan Gaydon, and will also interact regularly with the Managing Director, Nick Roi.
